Happy Tuesday Dolls!

Yesterday was Veteran's Day and what better way to show my sincere appreciate for all that our soldiers sacrifice for me than to slip into pair of camo(even though they aren't the real version...which I do have by the way) pants and a pair of "work" boots...Yeah, I couldn't think of a better way either. My daddy is a veteran and even though I don't tell him often enough, I am so very proud of the service he provided for our country after graduating from college...I may not have even been a thought in his mind at the time, but I am sure that his time serving our country made him the man and DADDY he is today...dedicated, hard-working, honest, devoted, loyal, loving...and the list goes on! I love him more than words could ever describe and it is because of him that I know, understand, and respect what it truly means to be a MAN!!!

I hope that your weekend was as relaxing and family oriented as mine! Back on the grind and gearing up for a productive week! 

Sometimes, you just have to take time to be all about SELF and this tee definitely makes the statement loud and proud...lol! Paired with boyfriend jeans(way to big, but made it work with shorts underneath...shame) tucked into these buckle booties from years past...needless to say, I am happy that boot season is here!

On Thursday, a few of my fellow fashionistas of Houston Fashion Bloggers attending a fashionably fierce event held at Helfman Fiat and the evening was definitely one to be remembered! From the stylish looks of the attendees to the flair of the Fiat the evening was definitely enjoyed by all! As if the fashion wasn't enough and the sleek cars didn't cry for you to drive one home, the artwork and live demonstrations were enough to turn even the worst art critic into an art enthusiasts.
