If you live in Texas, then you know that the weather is absolutely unpredictable...especially as of late! In the morning the chill is taking over the air, but by afternoon the sun is out and heat is blasting. One day it feels like Summer and the next you are upacking your winter coat...Hence the need for this wool coat on top of a shirt dress and sunglasses!
