Last night was definitely epic(hence the craziness that is these pictures) which started with Happy Hour at RA Sushi in Galleria Area and ended with a laughter engulfed night at my girlfriend's Passion Party hosted by Bedroom Kandi. I didn't purchase anything as I am still a newly wed and my goodie box is still fresh, but I definitely learned and heard some wonderful things that are sure to keep the spice alive for years to come!

It seems the temps are finally starting to feel like Fall and I truly couldn't be more excited! I must admit that I was a bit reluctant to completely absorb the wedge sneaker trend, but now that I have I can't imagine going without them. Especially a cool morning filled with running errands, these wedge sneakers are more than perfect!

Sunday is all about spiritually refueling for the week ahead and spending time with family! This past week was definitely eventful and full, so starting off the following week on a high note is a must! I had a wonderful meeting with a great group of fashionably fierce and stylishly savvy ladies on yesterday afternoon and can't wait to bring you the inside details on what we have in store for the fashion streets of Houston and beyond...trust me, you won't want to miss out on what's coming!!!

With today's over cast and the fact that our house is still under reconstruction, I just didn't really feel like getting dressed today...oh, who am I kidding, I couldn't get "dressed" becasue my closet is literally under plastic and I am doing good just to find something to slip into everyday. So, I pulled out my trusty boyfriend jeans, threw on a slouchy t-shirt, laced up these beyond comfortable ShoeMint sandals, miniumal make-up(mascara is always a must to give that "awake" look) and headed out the door...hence today's post title "Lazy Boyfriend Blues"

It  has definitely been more than a little minute since I have been able to post because my closet has LITERALLY been under plastic as our house goes through a much needed MAKE-OVER!!!! It truly has been a real struggle figuring out what to wear! But I was able to sneak(yes, sneak into my own closet) in a grab these fabulous leopard print stilettos that are beyond comfortable! Trust me, Jessica Buurman boutique makes some of the best look and most comfortable shoes I own...for this, I will forever be a fan!
