Have you ever just fallen head-over-heels for a particular item only for it not to be available in your size, but you buy it anyway? HeHeHe, this is exactly the case with this "oversized" blazer from Zara. I literally couldn't see my closet without this particular piece despite the realization that it was a wee bit too big...sadly, I bought it anyway! In an attempt to compensate for it being too big, I with for a pair of short shorts and a simple white tee paired with killer heels. Well, this is the result!   Hey, it happens...but trust, you will definitely see this jacket again and again and again! Perfect accent piece for just about any occasion!

I absolutely loved these electric blue jeans from J Brand when they first hit the mainstream catwalks a few years back and my love continues to grow with each passing season. There is just something magical about the deep blue that makes me smile...or could it be that royal blue is one of my two favorite colors(smiling)...and seems to brighten up a gloomy day!

I hope everyone have a blessed and relaxing weekend as I sure did! It seems the temps are finally starting to feel like Fall and I truly couldn't be more excited! I must admit that I was a bit reluctant to completely absorb the wedge sneaker trend, but now that I have I can't imagine going without them. Especially a cool morning filled with running errands, these wedge sneakers are more than perfect!

The overcast today is pretty much putting a damper on my Friday, but such is the temperament of the weather in Texas! Since I have a busy weekend and will be rocking stilettos pretty much most of it, I decided I would take a break and wear a wedge instead! These boots have been in heavy rotation for the past few months and definitely worth the small investment..you really can't go wrong with a black boot!

My love for jumpsuits continued when I first laid eyes on this one while on a trip to Zara! Amazingly comfortable and stylish all wrapped into one. I found this black turban on a quick trip to a local beauty supply story and before thinking about it, I had grabbed all the colors(white, pink, yellow, blue, black...so exciting)! Turbans are the a perfect way to sass up a simple outfit and conceal a bad hair day!
