HAPPY HALLOWEEN DOLLS! This is about as close to a costume as I have gotten since I was a little bitty girl and by the looks and feel of it, probably for a long time. I don't really have anything against this "holiday", it's just that I don't really get into dressing up and celebrating and since I don't have little ones, trick-o-treating isn't an option. But, for some strange reason I have been wanting and trying to get to a haunted house for the past few years and something always comes up...hmmm, guess it just isn't meant to be especially since I have never been...lol, shame! :-) Any who, enjoy your night out and be safe, remember to let your parents check your candy first, and don't do anything I wouldn't do!

I am not sure why I am so drawn to black and white stripes, but there is just something classic about this combination that keeps calling my name. This "Beetlejuice-esq" jacket is perfecting for adding just a bit of something extra to a simple black and white look. I hardly ever wear shorts, but since blasting my way through P90X3(I am into week 6 now), I was feeling a wee bit sassy and thought...why not?!?!? ;-)

When my husband pops up at 10am and says we have to be somewhere by 12pm and need to leave at 11am...you have just finished an grueling hour long P90X3(I always follow the daily workout with yoga)sweat session in the sauna like garage...have to feed the little one and get her and yourself dressed...shorts and an oxford button up are what you slip into!   Sometimes all you need to take a simple look to the "...why are you so dressed up..." look is a pair of lace up heels and the Perfect Black Bag. Enter these beauties from Zara and this gorgeous black bag I have been lusting over for over a year.

There are just some days where I stand in my closet and fight the urge to scream " I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR!!!" and in those panic riddled moments, I can't help but to grab for my one-stop-shop pieces. From Rompers to Jumpsuits to Maxi dresses, slip-on and go outfits are perfect for running errands! Well Well Well, it looks like it may just be warming up....I am definitely not complaining considering longer cooler weather can only mean that the summer months are going to be dangerously HOT!!! Happy Sunday Dolls!

One of my favorite days of the week is without a doubt, SUNDAY! The start to the week is best prepared with an outstanding church service to refuel the mind, body, and spirit for whatever is to come!

So Nice I Bought Them Twice: I searched high and low for this cutout sandals from Zara after they SOLD OUT in store and online...but I am one determined shopper and I found these (and in black) on EBay. Once I found them, the challenge came in finding them in my size, 7.5! After a few weeks of hunting, I found an amazing seller and swooped in and bid on them both and with fashion luck on my side, I WON! Any who, I couldn't be happier with my these beauties because despite being a bit wide, they are beyond comfortable and can be worn with just about anything...what more can you ask for???? :-)

Last week hubby and I, along with another awesome couple, took my step daughter to the waterpark and a much need mini get-a-way in New Brunfels/San Antonio. For the short car ride, I chose this  Bebe crochet maxi dress that I have literally had for years and never worn...shame, but true!

In a today's world where one's image is cruelly critiqued, unfairly judge, relentlessly ridiculed and blasted across countless social media sites for all to judged and comment, this "Perfection is Overrated" tee speaks volumes and I simply couldn't pass on it or the opportunity to show my support for everyone who has ever been or felt judged! Sunday is all about spiritually refueling for the week ahead and spending time with family! This past week was definitely eventful and full, so starting off the following week on a high note is a must!
