Welcome to September...the absolute BEST month of the year! :-) It's VIRGO SEASON...who's ready???   I absolutely LOVE mini dresses because they can be worn in so many different ways and they are the perfect way to show off the hundreds of squats I have been doing without making it too obvious...lol! Pair a mini dress with a great pair of gladiator sandals and you have a fool proof and simple look! Have you ever just fallen head-over-heels for a particular item only for it not to be available in your size, but you buy it anyway? HeHeHe, this is exactly the case with this "oversized" blazer from Zara. I literally couldn't see my closet without this particular piece despite the realization that it was a wee bit too big...sadly, I bought it anyway! In an attempt to compensate for it being too big, I with for a pair of short shorts and a simple white tee paired with killer heels. Well, this is the result!   Hey, it happens...but trust, you will definitely see this jacket again and again and again! Perfect accent piece for just about any occasion!

  Sometimes, accents(like this canary yellow turban and leather tote bag) are all you need to pull off that "pulled together" look even when you actually literally just pulled something out of the closet and was having a bad hair day(or worse, just wasn't in the mood to do hair). There is just something carefree and comfortable about a simple black maxi dress an flip flops that makes everyday errands seem less mundane and hassle free...especially when the temps are reaching triple digits on a daily basis and the last thing you want to do is to be engulfed in suffocating heat! ;-)

I am literally obsessed with rompers and jumpsuits, so when denim overalls made a return I fell head over heels in love! I found the dark denim beauties from H&M and couldn't help myself as I bought these and a skinny jean pair. Overalls are perfect for running errands or can be worn with a nice blouse and ankle strap heels for a night out! Here, I  went for a casual look with these amazing Birkenstock inspired Steve Madden sandals(LOVE).
