Stripes are Sexy...

One of my favorite trends for Spring and Summer is the Nautical Theme! Black and White or Blue and White stripes is probably one of the most basic, but stylishly savvy ways of ensuring that a simple trip to the grocery store or grabing mimosas with the girls is effortless and fashionably fierce.

Kim Kardashian replaces her figure hugging jeggins and mile high stilettos with  a simple black and white maxi dress and flat sandals as she steps out for her routine mani/pedi visit. Colored Denim...

Spring has offically sprung and one of my favorite trends for Spring is that of bright and bold colors! With that said, I am crazy in love with J Brands denim jeggings! To be more specific, the electric blue is boldly calling me by name! On call-waiting is my envy for the gorgeous green pair! LoL, clearly my favorite colors are blue and green, but i would gladly take them in every color!

I am sure that most will feel that these are a bit much or even question my posting about boots with us so close to spring...we are all entitled to our opinions! But, if you are a boot-loving babe, then you understand that there is no better time than NOW to add a few pair of sale priced boots to your ever growing collection. 2011 is re-introducing the wide-legged jeans to the fashion world...maybe we should thank fashion guru Rachel Zoe for proving that not everything must be tight in order to be considered fashion forward!

Personally, I have always loved the casual-ness of such denim and even refused to toss the pairs I have owned for years(thanking the Fashion Gods right now). Despite being mocked, I continued to rock my bell-bottomed jeans with a fitted tank and high heels. On occasion I was known to slip into a faux fur vest(just for a boho chic upgrade) and loved the freedom!

Now, these jeans are more than stylish and definitely making a fashion come-back! Perfect compliment to S/S 2011 wedge trend(more to come).

I am always on the look out for jackets, cardigans, sweaters, and now CAPES because I am always in need of a piece to keep me warm due to the reality that I am always cold! I am so in love with OTK boots that I should probably seek professional help...and this season's Report Signature Fairfax Boot3, in Khaki, is definitely fueling my obsession.

Last season, everyone from Kim and Khloe Kardashian to Ciara and Lindsay Lohan were seen wearing Report Signature Fairfax Boot in Black...and after investing in them myself, I understood why! OK, I must admit, I am definitely addicted to boots and have been for some time now...I am not ashamed of the number of boots I own...! Well, maybe just a little, but that doesn't stop me from loving them just the same. Boots can make even the simplest dress, skirt, leggings or jeans yearn for compliments galore.

Always the one on the look out for a more affordable version of my favorite pieces, I was more than taken aback when I came across these CIROCCO boots on the Aldo website! I immediately flashed back to the day I fell in love the the CLs on last season...I knew I had to HAVE them this time around. Then came the all important question...which color? I was definitely torn because which fashionista isn't drawn to a pair of black boots...exactly we are all drawn to the sexiness of the perfect LBD, stiletto, or boot! So, I asked myself..."do you really need another pair of black boots?" Considering I own at least 8 or 9 pair...heels to flats, knee-high to OTK to ankle, suede to leather...I decided that I had to have the Suede Tan and that they would be the perfect pop of color with my many days of fall fashion and dark colors.

O.Kay, I can't say I am the biggest Kerri Hilson fan...especially with her having dissed Beyonce so strongly and all...but style and fashion is completely blind to hating! Monica Rose, Kardahsian Klan's personal stylist, definitely worked this chic outfit that Ms. Hilson wore the the premier of "Takers".

What truly caught my eye, and my sense of sensible style, were the nude platform heels. At first glance, they truly do resemble either Christian Louboutin or Brian Atwood heels...but upon further investigation, I am please to say that these babies are from Aldos! Yes, stars understand the importance of budget-friendly investments.

I actually have this shoe, DESTIME, in Black and Taupe(Bone Misc.)! Don't get me started on the compliments I have received with each wear. Not to mention they are actually an unbelievable comfortable stiletto! Trust me, you will definitely want to scoop up a couple of pairs. My advice? Definitely buy the black and red...every fashonista needs the a perfect pair of black and red heels!

Desperate Housewife...WHERE?

I have to admit, Tony Parker and Eva Longoria make one of the cutest couples in the industry. He is well of 6' and she is a little over 5'...not to mention the attention and affection Mr. NBA showers his better half with in just about every picture snapped! They are definitely the definition of cuteness!

They may be one of the sweetest couples, but what draws me to them has definitely got to be Eva's impeccable sense of style and sass! From casual to court side, Mrs. Parker is clearly a style icon in the making! Look at these cobalt blue heels...FIERCE...they are absolute outfitmakers and not for the faint at heart when it comes to fashion! (I believe these are GUCCI, but don't quote me just yet!)

Not to many of us, celebrities included, can dare to wear short shorts, but this picture is proof that Eva's workout routine and diet is working...I am definitely hitting the stairmaster harder for the next few weeks...lol!!!
