If you could only walk a mile in my shoes, then you would understand my total devotion to footwear! From simple chic to stiletto sexy, shoes are definitely my weakness!

I have often said that I would love to meet the initial designer behind the FIRST pair of women's jeans because the mere concept has more than taken over as a universal staple piece in our wardrobes. So, today's Fashion Friday item is a twist on the long-time favorite pair of go-to jeans because of its all-in-one design for the denim loving fashionista on the go!

OK, my second ShoeMint purchase seen here for Today's Shoe Game  was the gorgeously designed suede pump with metal stud detailing...RUTH!



Available in Blush and Turquoise with gun metal detailing(black w/gold detailing has sold out) this shoe is unbelievably comfortable and stylish. I plan on purchases/ordering the Turquoise today.

My lust for pointy toe shoes continues to linger because of my love affair with ShoeMint. This time around, it is all about the neon show stopper that is the KAYLEN.

Let me start by saying this: I have an insatiable lust for boots...I am sure that it is a problem, but I don't intend on seeking out help anytime soon!

This amazingly designed boot is made of the softest and most supple of leathers while boasting an impressive 16.5" shaft and 4.75" self-covered wedge heel that is perfect for walking while looking fierce and savvy. Made in Italy, this lust worthy outfit maker has leather lining with an equally fabulous sole and padding on the insole for added comfort and wear. Available in an array of colors from black and beige to chocolate brown and and two-tone!

Now, for the INSANELY comparable and budget friendly option...prepare yourself for the STEAL of a lifetime...No, your eyes are not deceiving you and No I didn't simply copy the exact same picture...below is the version that you and I have both been waiting on!

In love with this must have boot, but not looking to spend your mortgage payment on one single item...even if you want to? ShoeMint "Gelareh"

SHOES are more than my weakness...they are EVERYTHING needed to make a simple tee and jeans stand out and turn heads! So, it is no surprise that I would jump at membership with Rachel Bilson's Shoemint shoe delivery service! I mean, what better way to end a stressful work day than with a box of lust worthy heels waiting on you at your doorstep?

My first purchase were the amazingly comfortable Gelareah in wine. Made true to size(c'mon how often does that happen with online shoe shopping?) these gorgeous shoes made their debut with a pair of black/white printed trousers from Zara and a black tee under a fitted blazer. Needless to say, my newest purchase stole the show and turned a simple work outfit into the ideal after 5 attire(had the occasion called for it.) The Gelareah is designed with 4.5 inch heel and rubber sole that makes them more than comfortable for a full day of wear.

Despite how hard I try, my desire for over sized bags is bananas! I probably shouldn't take all the blame considering I always end up holding "some one's" wallet and keys when we go out. Neon Blazers

I am absolutely obsessed with blazers and find that they are definitely the easiest way to add style to the most simple of outfits. So, when bold and NEON colored blazers started to make the rounds on runways I couldn't help but fall in love all over again. Neon is the perfect way to jump into spring... fashion foot first! Paired with skinny jeans, cut-off shorts, or even as an accent over your favorite LBD, you will command the fashion respect you deserve!

I don't know about you, but I am utterly obsessed with bold colors that are sure to turn heads and make a catwalk out of your sidewalks this Spring and Summer. As a person that probably owns more than my fair share of BFJs, I truly hurt myself on when I stumbled upon a few from one of my favorite budget-friendly stores, Forever 21. Available in an array of colors, cuts, and price points(none over $35) one can't help but to scoop up a few.

Jet Jeans

Needless to say, I definitely want to kiss the designer behind the first pair of jeans because my closet wouldn't be anywhere near acceptable without the countless numbers I already own. But, I must say that I have been on an all out mission to locate the PERFECT pair of fitted distressed jeans for what seems to be forever. Then, I started noticing KimK rocking a sweet pair of neatly rolled up jeans on a few different occasions and I knew I had found them.

Last week, I bit the fashion bullet and ordered the Jet Jaime Roll Up Slim Leg jeans from Boutique To You and I am definitely glad that I ponied up and dropped the $198. Arriving yesterday, I was ever so excited to try them on...I AM IN LOVE!!! Made with an amazingly soft fabric, and perfectly placed distressed spots, these are sure to become my go-to pair of jeans for some time. Designed to be rolled up, these jeans are ideal for dressing up or down...but always rolled up!

I do believe that I will be making an additional Jet Jeans purchase in the future!

Splurge vs Steal

I fell head-over-heels(pun intended) for this towering Giuseppe Zanotti Rafia Platform wedge when it was first photographed on the now Mrs. Kim Kardashian-Humphries as she left her LA open. Then, I came across this picture of Natasha Alam showcasing an army green pair while shoe shopping and Tamarea Eccelstone paired hers with a matching romper. But the hefty mortgage payment price tag, is not one that I can afford so I filed it under "Some Day"!.

UNTIL...I came across a near exact replica, Now N Then, on Heels.com! With the $89 price tag, I was definitely in shoe heaven! Available in tan or a denim blue, these are on there way to me as we speak! Sold out in my normal 7.5, I decided to take a risk and order the 8 and figured I will use an insert to balance out the difference. One of my favorite features from Heels.com is that every shoe comes with pictures from every angle AND a short video of what the shoe actually looks like on..Check out the "Now N Then" wedge in action...
