Sometimes a girl just needs to step out of her stilettos and into a great pair of sneakers....even if it is to ensure stability on a gloomy and rainy day! The past few days have been all about doom and gloom, but there is no better way to fight the rainy weather than with a random pop of color...insert these red converse sneakers. My husband bought these for me a couple of years ago because I didn't own a pair tennis(other than my workout pair) that I could just slip on and run errands...I love them and definitely need a few extra colors(hey, you can take me out of stilettos but I will never give up the need for options...smiling).

Evening Dolls,

While waiting for our table at RA Sushi(umm, did you know that they will send you a text message when your table becomes available...high tech service...Love it) we decided to check out Z Galleria furniture that was next door. I absolutely love this store and when we decide to move, you already know where I am headed first! :-)

Today was all about casual business since I was slated for a few meetings (rescheduled for the weekend) since my loving husband surprised me with tickets to Rockets game tonight...YEAH for date night! Since the weather here in Houston has definitely taken a turn I decided to pull out one of my favorite pair of boots and work around them. There really is something simple yet professional about a simple pencil skirt and a button down blouse!
