Happy Thursday Dolls! Are you ready for a long weekend? I sure am! This weekend is going to be all about relaxing and catching up with family, so why not start today?!?!? ;-) I am definitely more of a heels(the higher the better), but my hubby is trying to get me to rock more flats and I am trying! When I came across these beauties while clicking through Steve Madden, I couldn't help but pick them(notice I said "them") up for days and weekends like these! The Poppyy(sold out) is beyond comfortable and was available in this color combo; as well as tan/white and all black...perfect for casual days or running errands! Needless to say, these flat espadrilles will be in heavy rotation this season and next! ;-)

Sometimes a girl just needs to step out of her stilettos and into a great pair of sneakers....even if it is to ensure stability on a gloomy and rainy day! The past few days have been all about doom and gloom, but there is no better way to fight the rainy weather than with a random pop of color...insert these red converse sneakers. My husband bought these for me a couple of years ago because I didn't own a pair tennis(other than my workout pair) that I could just slip on and run errands...I love them and definitely need a few extra colors(hey, you can take me out of stilettos but I will never give up the need for options...smiling).

Disclaimer: please excuse the blurriness of these photos as my camera was/is definitely not happy with me this morning...lol We are quickly approaching the end of March and we are still feeling the cooler temps left from Winter, so this is a perfect opportunity to pull out your Spring jackets and wear the last of our darker clothing before needing to pack them all away in exchange for brighter and happier colors...can't wait!
