  One of may favorite things about boot season is being able to take advantage throwing a faux fur vest on over a monochrome outfit and totally changing the look and feel! Over the weekend, temps dropped and despite my cold nature, I was in heaven as I stepped out for a ladies breakfast!

I am literally obsessed with fall and the cooler tempatures(not sure why considering I am ALWAYS cold) because I can't get enough of the return of the borrowed from the boys style bomber jackets. There is just something about them...every color, texture, material, and design...that makes everything look a little more pulled together. Take is VERY casual and simple look for a day out shopping with my mom...I threw on an army green bomber and instantly the look is taken up a few notches! Please to bare with me this season as you will see tons of bomber jackets, oversized floppy hats, boots and feminie sweatsuits(all of which are on my Fall/Winter Must Haves this year)

Welcome to September...the absolute BEST month of the year! :-) It's VIRGO SEASON...who's ready???   I absolutely LOVE mini dresses because they can be worn in so many different ways and they are the perfect way to show off the hundreds of squats I have been doing without making it too obvious...lol! Pair a mini dress with a great pair of gladiator sandals and you have a fool proof and simple look! These sandals from ShoeDazzle are freaking amazing and are a definite statement maker that are way too comfortable to be so stylish!

Happy Sunday Dolls! I hope your weekend was relaxed and you are ready for a productive week!  As always, hubby and I try to catch up on personal time; as well as, family time by lounging around the house on Sunday after church! I came across this sweat a while back and ti pretty much speaks for itself...CHIC HAPPENS...and I just couldn't pass it up! I have worn it a few times and shared it on Instagram but it's making it's first appearance on Darnel's Desires!

Friday Fashion Find - Lace and Leather

As one that is ALWAYS cold, I am always on the look out for sweaters, blazers, cardigans, etc...and when I clicked across this faux leather and lace bomber from Forever 21 I was more than excited to add it to my wardrobe. Available in both white(winter white) and black, this is sure to be a conversation started and statement making piece worn over and over again!

Happy Thursday Dolls!!!

If there is one thing I know for sure, it is that you can never count on Texas weather to be consistent...Fall winds in the morning and Summer heat waves in the afternoon, but I definitely love my city and state!

The other thing I know for sure is that I can't seem to get enough of joggers and jogger trousers because there is something about the banded ankle(which I strongly dislike in shirts and dresses) takes a regular pair of lounging pants and morphs them into a universally dressy or casual option for work or play! Gota love a versatile piece, right?!?!?!
